Privacy notice

This notice explains what personal data WhitelabelThemes collects through this website and through working with agency clients, why we hold it, and what you can ask us to do with it. It is written to be read, not to be defended.

What we collect

• Enquiry data. Name, agency name, work email, the options you select and the message you write in the contact form.
• Client delivery data. If you become a client: brand assets, domains, the GoHighLevel user account you create for us, and correspondence about builds.
• Technical data. Anonymous page and traffic statistics, and only if you consent to analytics cookies.
• Local settings. Your theme, accent palette, accessibility preferences and recent searches are stored in your browser's local storage. They never leave your device and we cannot read them.

What we do not collect

We do not collect your clients' contact databases, conversation histories or customer records. When we build inside your GoHighLevel agency we work under a user account you create and with the permissions you grant; we do not export end-customer data and we do not retain copies.

Cookies

Necessary cookies and local storage keep the site working: your theme, accent palette and accessibility settings. Analytics and marketing cookies load only after you accept them in the consent widget, and you can change that choice at any time from the "Cookie settings" link in the footer.

Why we are allowed to hold it

• Contract. Delivery data, because we cannot build the account without it.
• Legitimate interests. Enquiry data, so we can answer you, and security logging.
• Consent. Analytics and marketing cookies, and nothing else.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of processors: email hosting, a scheduling tool, a project board and an error-monitoring service. We do not sell data, we do not share it with advertisers, and we do not publish client names, logos or case studies anywhere — including in sales conversations with other agencies.

How long we keep it

Enquiry data is kept for 24 months from the last contact. Client delivery data is kept for the life of the engagement plus 12 months, then deleted. Invoicing records are kept for seven years because tax law requires it.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to us processing it. Email hello@whitelabelthemes.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you are in the UK or EEA you can also complain to your supervisory authority.

Security

Access to client accounts is role-limited and reviewed quarterly. We use unique credentials with multi-factor authentication for every platform we touch, and we never ask you for your own GoHighLevel login.
