Affiliate disclosure

Last updated 5 September 2026

Some links on this site point at HighLevel, the company behind GoHighLevel, and carry a tracking code that identifies WhitelabelThemes. If you open an account through one of them, HighLevel pays us a commission. This page says exactly how that works, because a disclosure that has to be hunted for is not a disclosure.

Every link on this site that goes to gohighlevel.com is an affiliate link. There are no others — we are not in any other affiliate programme, and nothing else on this site is commissioned.

Affiliate links are marked in the page source with rel="sponsored noopener nofollow", which is the attribution Google asks for on commissioned links. Links to HighLevel's help documentation and to their app marketplace are not affiliate links and are not tagged, because tagging a support article would be both wrong and pointless.

What it costs you

Nothing. You pay HighLevel's own published price, the same as you would going to them directly. We cannot discount it, we cannot inflate it, and we do not see your payment details. The prices shown on this site are HighLevel's, copied from their public pricing page and last checked on 5 September 2026. If they have changed them since, theirs is the accurate figure and ours is out of date — tell us and we will fix it.

The relationship we have, and the one we do not

  • We are HighLevel affiliates. That is a referral arrangement and nothing more.
  • We are not a HighLevel partner, reseller, agent, employee or authorised representative.
  • HighLevel has not reviewed, approved or endorsed this site, our snapshots or our services.
  • We do not speak for HighLevel, and nothing we write here is a commitment on their behalf — their plans, prices, features and trial terms are theirs to change without telling us.
  • WhitelabelThemes is an independent business. GoHighLevel and HighLevel are trademarks of their owner and are used here only to describe what our products run on.

Why the platform appears here at all

Because it is unavoidable, and pretending otherwise would be worse. What we sell is a rebrandable system and the labour to run it. That system runs on a GoHighLevel account, held in your name, that you pay for separately and directly. You need it before anything we sell is useful to you, so it would be strange to leave it out of the arithmetic.

The commission is the reason we can point at it without charging you for the recommendation. It is not the reason we recommend it — we would be telling you which tier a reseller needs either way, because getting that wrong is the most common expensive mistake an agency makes in its first quarter.

How we decide what to point at

The commission is the same wherever we send you within the programme, so it has no influence on which tier we suggest. What decides it is what you are doing: a tier without white labelling cannot deliver under your own brand, and a tier without SaaS mode cannot bill clients for access. We say which is which and let you pick.

If a plan is wrong for you, we say so. There is no version of this business that survives sending agencies to a tier that does not do what they need.

One thing this does not affect

Our promise that your clients never see us is unrelated to any of the above and unaffected by it. We do not put affiliate links, tracking or any other identifier of ours into a snapshot, a sub-account, a client-facing email or anything else that reaches your client or their customers. The commercial arrangement described on this page lives on this website and nowhere else.

Questions

Ask. Send us a message and a person answers, or write to hello@whitelabelthemes.com. If you would rather open a HighLevel account without our code on it, go to their site directly — we would still rather you were on the right tier.

HighLevel's SaaS Pro trial page is the destination behind the trial button on our home page, shown here in full so you can see exactly where it goes.
